Check in from 15:00 onwards. Check-out time is by 10:00.
Check-in is from 15:00. While early check-in may be possible, we cannot guarantee availability. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but if you wish to guarantee early access to the chalet, we recommend reserving the night prior to your arrival.
If you arrive before the chalet is ready, we’re happy to store your luggage so you can begin enjoying your time in Hakuba.
Three of the bedrooms can be configured with either two single (twin) beds or one king-size bed—each with its own private ensuite bathroom. Please specify your preference when booking or anytime before your arrival. The fourth bedroom features two bunk beds (sleeping four), and also includes its own ensuite, making Hakuba Mitsuki Chalet a comfortable and convenient option for families or groups.
A full array of appliances, cookware, utensils, dishes and drink-ware is available in the kitchen
Yes. We provide complimentary pick up and drop off services on your arrival and departure. Please note that you must contact us at least 3 days in advance so that we can arrange a driver. Pick ups and drop offs are only available between Hakuba Mitsuki Chalet and Hakuba JR Station or Happo Information Center.
No, we are sorry but we do not have a designated personal driver for these kinds of trips. We recommend booking a taxi at the same time you book your restaurant due to the very short supply of taxis available in winter. Some restaurants offer a free shuttle service if you are booking in advance.
There is a Genki-go night shuttle bus in winter that goes around the resort passing by all the main restaurants and bars.
It is not possible to send luggage directly to the property, but you can send it to us. Please provide in advance full details of how many bags and the expected arrival date / time. In addition, when you send your luggage to us, please ensure you write the following things in the address label;
(1) the name used to book your accommodation
(2) check in date
(3) the property name
